Account and sign-in information

Creating an account asks for your name, email address, and password. The authentication system stores account, credential, verification, and session records in the app's database. Session records can include an IP address and browser user-agent. Kitehush sends an email verification message after sign-up and sends a password-reset message when you request one; both use the Polsia email proxy.

Campaign and brand information

Campaigns can contain a drop or collection name, brand voice and colors, launch details, product names and descriptions, prices, materials, sizes, product links, and other product facts you enter. A saved campaign can also contain generated listing copy, social captions, email drafts, and campaign status. Brand-kit settings such as colors, font choice, tone guidance, and notes are saved with your account. The app stores these records in its Prisma-backed database.

Images and AI processing

Campaign forms accept JPG, PNG, and WebP image uploads, as well as supported image URLs. The existing full campaign creator sends uploaded image data through the Polsia R2 upload proxy. The first-listing flow requests a signed upload link and sends the photo bytes directly from the browser to Polsia storage; its hosted image URL and storage key are saved with the existing campaign. The app sends campaign details to the Polsia AI proxy to draft campaign copy. Photos attached to Free promotion briefs and supported campaign image URLs are sent to the Polsia AI proxy for visual analysis by its configured AI provider. The photography board creates written shot concepts and prompts; it does not create image files.

The app implementation does not define how an underlying AI provider retains or further processes a request. This policy does not make a retention claim about that processing.

Email

Account verification and password-reset messages are sent through the Polsia email proxy to the email address on the account. Campaign email sequences are saved as drafts in the campaign; the current app does not send those campaign drafts.

Campaign plan and payments

The optional Campaign Plan costs $19 per month and includes up to 50 campaign generations per UTC calendar month. If you subscribe, checkout is hosted by Stripe through Polsia's payment proxy. Stripe receives the account email and the payment and billing details you enter during checkout; Kitehush does not collect or store full card numbers. The app receives subscription status and plan details through the payment proxy and uses the signed-in account email to decide whether paid campaign access is active. Campaign usage is stored separately in the app database. The app code does not define Stripe or Polsia payment-data retention periods.

Campaign share links

If you create a campaign share link, anyone with its URL can open the public review. It can show the campaign name, image assets, brand voice, colors, launch date, product details, and completed listing, social, and email drafts. The app does not attach an expiration to these share-link records, so do not rely on a link expiring automatically. Only share campaign information you are comfortable making available to link holders.

Diagnostics and visitor analytics

Campaign-generation diagnostics store operational details such as processing stage, timing, success or failure category, and limited image metadata. When analytics is enabled for a deployment, the app stores a random visitor identifier in browser local storage and sends it with the app's deployment identifier in a page-load beacon.

Storage and retention

Account and campaign records are stored in the app database; uploaded image files are stored through the Polsia R2 proxy. While an account is active, the app does not define a fixed retention period for these records or image files. After a deletion request, the account, campaigns, and uploaded images are deleted within 30 days as described below. Retention details for Polsia proxy services and the AI provider are not defined by the app code.

Email kitehush@polsia.app from your account email and we'll delete your account, campaigns and uploaded images within 30 days.
